History: When the platform was originally printed in July 1994 as a 20-page document, this was called the Independence Fusion Party (later copies of this omitted "Fusion" on the title page). An 8-page printed version has also been distributed (achieved partly by compact formatting; partly by omitting text). I have distributed an 8-page complete version dated May 1, 1995, achieved entirely by compact formatting and using better fonts.
